1.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Client dissatisfaction with recommendations that are professionally sound but not aligned with client expectations
- Client's inability to implement recommendations due to technical limitations or resource constraints
- Changes in client business priorities or strategy mid-project
- Failure to achieve specific business outcomes (as we provide advisory services, not guaranteed results)
- Client-initiated project termination after work has commenced
- Incomplete client cooperation (e.g., failure to provide necessary access or information)
2. Project-Specific Policies
2.1 Interface Audits
Once an interface audit has been completed and the comprehensive report delivered, no refunds will be issued. The intellectual work has been completed and transferred to you.
Mid-Project Cancellation: If you cancel mid-audit, you will be charged for all work completed to date at our hourly rate, with any remaining balance refunded.
2.2 Behavioral Analysis Services
Behavioral analysis involves data collection, pattern identification, and insight generation. Once analysis begins and preliminary findings are shared, no refunds are available.
